Who we are

Tingsteq Solutions, contact: info@tingsteqsolutions.com. We are the data controller for data about you as a customer, and a data processor for data you enter about your own customers.

What data we process

Account data (name, email) via our authentication provider.

Company data you add to your brain (pricing, routines, documents, etc.).

Content of customer conversations via the chat.

Tokens for tools you connect (encrypted).

Purposes & legal basis

We process data to deliver the service (performance of a contract), to improve and secure it (legitimate interest), and, where required, with your consent.

Data Processing Agreement

For personal data about your customers, you are the controller and Cyrqo is your processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs this — contact us to sign one.

Sub-processors

Supabase (database, EU/Frankfurt), Clerk (auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments).

OpenAI and Anthropic (AI processing, USA) — transfers occur under EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

International transfers

Storage is within the EU. Some AI processing occurs with sub-processors in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Retention & erasure

We keep data for as long as you are a customer. On cancellation or an erasure request we delete your data. You can delete everything yourself in the dashboard.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted tool tokens, and strict isolation between customers (row-level security).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability and to object. Export and deletion are available in the dashboard. You may complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for sign-in. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
